Great customer service

Finally, I can get the pill that I want reliably! I don't get flak from my doctor, no arguing with the pharmacist (and then the pharmacist arguing with the supplier), no contract disputes that result in it being out of stock for a month at all pharmacies within 30 minutes.

Simple and affordable. I have never had any issues with orders/payments (have been using PRJKT Ruby for over a year now). Customer service is great - answers my all questions/concerns - and will have Dr call to follow up. I love the auto ship feature - I never had to remember to get my pills "refilled" or head to the Rx to pick it up. Cost is still same price I would pay if I went thru my insurance - but without the hassle of the Dr office. Highly recommend them! :)

I have been ordering from Project Ruby for over three years now and NEVER had any issues. They are NOT a scam. They have real pharmacists who will answer any questions you may have. I started on the pill to treat my acne and eventually it came into play when I became sexually active. I took my pill on time daily and three years later of a LOT of consensual sex, I had no pregnancies. Make sure you discuss everything with the pharmacist and bring up any questions or concerns you may have before ordering. I used to take probiotics and was advised to stop, otherwise it will make the birth control ineffective. They are very kind and caring and for $20 a month, you really can't beat that!!

I was sceptical at first to order because of some reviews that where stating that they call you late and your contraception arrives even later. But I still gave it a try ,being the easiest and best solution of getting OC pills not having medical insurance. They didn't disappoint me at all. I made the order Monday morning, in 2 hours they called me to confirm my order and by the end of the day a physician called for the consultation . It all went good I was approved for the prescription and I think that by the end of the week I received the pills. I'm at day 6 with my pill , so far so good. I actually discovered PRJKT RUBY on instagram through an advertisement. Being a skeptic about, well, everything, I decided to check it out to see if it was bogus or actually legit. For me, something like this was too good to be true. After days of research, reading reviews, and diving into the legality of it all, I was impressed and decided to order the OC it paired me with- Aubra. I used it as directed for 3 months and I couldn’t be happier. My periods were much less painful. In fact, my ‘period’ was lighter and far less torturous all around. I didn’t have any weird side effects or any change in my mood or breakouts. I did have an episode of EXTREME heartburn which I’ve never had in my life but I don’t know if it can be traced back to the Aubra; and it was only for 1 day. I am sexually active with my boyfriend and can now live a life without fear of missing my period. PRJKT Ruby has changed my life in a big way. Highly recommend giving it a shot.

I had no problems at all using Prjkt Ruby! I placed my order on a Monday and received my prescription in the mail on Saturday of the same week. It is a bit more expensive than other methods of receiving birth control, but the convenience and the speed more than make up for the $5 per month extra that I’m now spending compared to what I used to spend (I take Sprintec—I used to pay $15 per pack at my local pharmacy and now it’s $20 per pack). For contrast, with Nurx, it was advertised to be $15 a pack but they ended up charging me $30 a pack without fixing it despite my contacting them, so I cancelled with them and tried this. After only a couple 30-second phone calls I had a prescription that was filled quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend this service (more than Nurx if you’re trying to decide between the two)! Also, for every pack they sell they donate to people who cannot afford birth control, so that’s an added feel-good factor with Prjkt Ruby.
