For what it is, it definitely deserves 5 stars. I have trouble getting video calls to go through, but they always call and ask if i have questions. Its a great system and idea. Now the first time, I had a female doctor make the call, and she was great. The second was a man, and he, essentially, gave me a lecture about skipping placebo pills and how my birth control works, like i haven't been taking it for years. That was very annoying, and unnecessary, and a waste of time. But if you dont have the time or the inclination to waste half a day at the doctor for something that should be over the counter, this is a great program! I definitely recommend it.

Initial sign up process was painless and the prescribing physician I spoke to was very knowledgeable and kind. Comes shipped in a bubble mailer that doesn't give any sort of hint to what's inside. Billing was simple and charged as expected.
