Good overall service

I enjoy having this service available where I live. I only wish they would not put holds on orders placed close together, requiring you to speak to someone over the phone to complete your order. Also, consider updating the auto-refill option to allow shipment of four cycles per order for those of us who skip placebo weeks. The website navigation and account information (such as order history/prescriptions) could use a few improvements. Otherwise, good customer service and fast shipping.

Prjkt Ruby has been fantastic about getting essential medicines to clients in a timely manner, and their employees are very compassionate and kind. The only suggestion that I would make would be revisiting their autofill policy; currently it’s not possible to get autofills on time if you take actives-only.

Very easy and convenient. I didn't give 5 stars because the doctor argued with me about me wanting to skip my period every month to ease my endometriosis and horrendously painful and heavy bleeding. I've been skipping my periods for a couple years now, and have been able to live a relatively normal life, but now that she's forcing me to have a period, I will probably lose my job, the pain and bleeding is that bad. I have had endometriosis and heavy bleeding since for 25 years now, have had surgeries, but that she didn't seem to care

Love how it is delivered and discreet! However, still wish that it showed up in my bank statement as Bella Brands, as this is something delivered to a house that does not condone birth control.

Easy, affordable and comes straight to my door. Only negative about this company was my reoccurring order somehow frequently gets cancelled and I have to make a note to keep up on it so I don’t run out of my prescription. Also the physician I had a virtual appointment with wouldn’t let me see her face which I thought was weird. However I like the convenience.

I had a bit of difficulty getting my prescription-went from getting it the next day to getting it a few days later due to some miscommunication. i’ll be honest, a couple of the reps i spoke with over the phone were a bit short with me & made me feel like i was wasting their time; however, a few others made me feel comfortable and taken care of which was appreciated. The PRJKT RUBY physician I spoke with was very kind & was able to transfer my “ella” prescription over to my local pharmacy (I was actually able to get it at zero cost thanks to my insurance). The product didn’t make me feel any side effects at all! In the past I’ve had nausea with other emergency contraceptives so it felt great to not experience that this time around! I would use PRJKT RUBY services again!

I would've liked better guidance on picking a pill. The person that filled my prescription didn't really have good advice for me (I like reasons, not just being told that it's fine without any basis). The main thing that annoyed me was being sent a $5 birthday coupon then being charged the full amount of my prescription the next day. What was the point in sending it?
