I have only used this product for three weeks but I am on my monthly period right now and see no difference in how I feel. If anything, I feel like my mood swings are worse and I have more lower back pain. I will continue to use this product as directed for the two months they suggest, but I am not impressed as of now. I will update my review after two months have passed.

I joined Prjkt Ruby instead of getting birth control through my OBGYN because of the Takecare Givecare program. I honestly wish the donation was larger. It's tempting to get birth control through my insurance for free and just donate $20/month to PSI instead. Service from PR is great. Makes getting birth control easy and I love that it just shows up in the mail.

Hard to get a video visit with a doctor, not happy with the side affects of the prescription I got but will have to stick it out because of the $$

It was fine. Ordered time-sensitive birth control and had to call to check in on them 1.5 days after I placed the order, since I never received the doctor's confirmation call. Turned out that they hadn't even done anything with the order, despite knowing it was time sensitive. Once the Rx was confirmed, the process went quick and the packaging was inconspicuous.

It was really hard to get through to a doctor and I had no way of knowing exactly if my order went through after she approved. An email confirmation would have been nice (BEFORE the tracking number is issued) Doctor and online assistants were helpful!

With the new website I cannot see the status of my orders. It used to be so convenient to check on the to make sure everything was on time and ready to go. Now I have to reach out to customer service. Thankfully they are always great and respond quickly. However it’s a lot more convenient and frustrating than it used to be.
