Not a great experience given that my order was time sensitive and meant to be overnighted. I was told when I ordered that they would make a note on my file that if I hadn't received my order the following day to call them back and they would find an alternative. When I didn't receive my order the next day I called them back several time to try to find a solution, but I was immediately transferred to an answering service each time. I left a message but no one contacted me to sort my problem. By then I had no alternative means of finding another solution. I finally received my order four days later than it was supposed to have arrived. Not impressed.

I love the idea of getting birth control in the mail and having a 3 month supply on hand, however, I have multiple times run out and had to wait because I had to go back into my account to revise my overall heath questionnaire (I do have auto refill) which would be totally fine if I knew about it before having to pay $34 extra dollars for overnight shipping (which it never come the next day??) so my cycle doesn't get messed up which it ends up getting messed up anyway and I have to wait until my next cycle starts. I really wish I would get a phone call a week or so prior to finding out I need to revise my health questionnaire . I am prone to ovarian cyst so every time I go without it its a risk.

I was given a birth control which put me in the absolute worst headspace for weeks. It has negatively impacted my every day mood that my family has noticed a change in me. My period normally lasts 4 days but now it has lasted 9 days and it’s still going.

I ordered twice and my card was declined but I was not given a reason why. It was not due to lack of funds. So I had to reorder with a different card. The delay made it so that I did not receive the birth control in time. Also, every time I log on I have to enter my information in at least twice before it actually logs me in.

It took 7 days for my overnight package to arrive . My package contained emergency contraceptive that needed to be taken within 5 days .

Way too long to get here almost went past my 5 days

I find the site difficult to navigate especially on my phone.

I asked my doctor more questions about the pill I was being prescribed, to which they never responded, not even an automated email. I’m concerned about my body and health and you guys get the payment and don’t contact me till it’s time to renew.
