I have been using prjkt ruby for almost two years now. Their customer service is amazing. A little over a year ago I moved into a new apartment and I wasn’t able to change my address in the system before the shipment auto shipped. I went to my old apartment to see if I would be able to pick it up but they said they no longer had the package. I called customer service and explained what happens (originally expecting to pay for the new shipment which I was ok with) since I wasn’t able to reorder online before my next auto ship date. They said they would immediately send a new shipment to my new address and update my address in the system. And they did not charge me. Even now that I have health insurance I still choose to go through Ruby, they really are a great organization.
