I've only needed to speak to a doctor or nurse practitioner twice now but they've been polite, prompt, and helpful each time. Customer service was quick to respond when I needed help changing some account info and fixed my issue within a day. Their "auto-refill" option hasn't let me down either, it's been consistently delivered on time. I would definitely recommend Prjkt Ruby and will continue to order from them for the foreseeable future!
