PRJKT Ruby is a godsend. My income and insurance situation is a little inconsistent - which makes getting birth control through traditional means a bit difficult - but Ruby fixes all of that! I would give it 5 stars but I did have one interaction with a doctor via a prescription call that I still think about all the time. Male doctors treating women like they don't know how to make their own decisions about their body is super uncool, and I had to tell this man 4+ times that "yes I'm sure" I want to switch my pills and "yes I've done the research and yes I really AM still having negative side effects from this other pill months later" as if I don't know my own body or how to operate a computer. But THANK GOD for all the other customer service reps and doctors I have talked to on Ruby for being amazing!!!! One bad experience totally didn't turn me away from the service. Y'all generally rule!

I would give 5 stars, however I once had to do expedited shipping and it took longer to arrive than normal shipping, but at a much higher cost. Otherwise, I really love this service and their employees are well-trained and very helpful.

Great company only compliant is the phone consultations you cant pick a time to call so you have to spend all day waiting for a phone call and that's hard to do in my line of work

It was so simple and easy too awhile but once I called to done out what was going on they were so quick to resolve the matter I would give them a B+

The company is great and the staff are very nice to work with. My subscriptions always come on time and have never had any issues receiving anything. I’m giving 4 stars because the cost is is a little high, but it is for a good cause.

This is a great, easy way to get birth control. To be honest, I felt like the professionals here actually had more concern about which medicine was right for me than any "in person" professional I have ever visited. However, I had to knock down a star for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that I did not receive my first "autofill", I assume due to the fact that the BC I started with was no longer available. I'm not sure if anyone tried to contact me, as I work pretty much all the time,but I could not find any evidence of an email or a phone call when I looked for one. So, I came back and ordered the alternative. I paid $30 for overnight shipping on October 12. The tracking number says I will receive my BC on October 15....I could be wrong, but I don't think that is how overnight shipping works, and I would love to have that $30 back...but anyway. I still would recommend the company for your needs, but I would say be cautious with the autofill and the "overnight" shipping.

This is great company however don't hold your breath while waiting for your order I placed a order 7/21/2018 and I received feedback stating my order would be shipped but I need to complete a phone consult but however I've been waiting now 2 days for that their customer service could use improvement but otherwise a good company with affordable prices. ****Update its been about 4 days since I placed my order n now have received my package ****

it was easy and reliable and everything worked out great!
