Affordable birth control at your doorstep. Easy ordering and mostly hassle-less. It'd be great if there was less plastic waste from the birth control holders.

Super fast shipping and it gets delivered, I wish it came with gifts like the pill club, but you get to talk to a doctor and it’s rather cheap especially since you can’t get contraception hardly anywhere in Utah.

I truly appreciate everything the company does. I have no complaints about the service or experience with this company. However, the Plan B ordered expires in December of this year . In the past when I have used their services, they were good for at least a year and half/2.

Quick and efficient

Functionality of site could use improvement. I was prompted to reorder as if the first order was incomplete. I had to call customer service twice to address this and request a refund. Other than that, customer service was very helpful and friendly. Service was prompt.

Great website and a great company. I'm just a little annoyed that they changed my prescription on me with no warning. I understand that it's the same level of hormones but I do feel different. Bad stomach cramps and major headaches. Not to mention my mood swings Haha. I just wish I had more warning. Other then that it's a great company.

I have enjoyed using PRJKT RUBY for a little over two years now. It is a convenient and reliable way of receiving birth control in a timely manner. This past order was a little difficult, however. My prescription had expired and I needed to accept a call from a physician. I work in a busy dental office, so accepting a call would be difficult, although not impossible as long as I could plan ahead. I confirmed by text that I would be available in the next 24 hours to accept the call, but it never came. I contacted PRJKT RUBY and was told that the physician tried calling twice and received no answer, but I didn't have any missed calls. Perhaps they called the wrong number, no worries. So we set up another call for the following Monday since no one would be able to assist me over the weekend. The call unfortunately came the day after specified, a Tuesday when I was unavailable. I reported this to customer support, and the same issue repeated itself again. Whenever I approved a call for a specific day, the call came a day later. This happened on multiple occasions setting me back two weeks and forcing me to skip an entire month of BC in order to stay on track. Thankfully, everyone was very understanding of my situation and we eventually were able to get things sorted. This has been the only issue I've ever experienced using PRJKT RUBY, but it was a frustrating one. I will continue using this service and recommending this service to others, but I would recommend making orders ahead of time, as a fail-safe. I will say that their customer service reps are very kind, professional, and eager to help when things go awry.
