My name is Godwin Ebolo, Seriously this is the worst trip and agent I have ever encountered. I am so much pissed right now with Rose Rose made my ticket purchase so difficult and stressful. I bought this ticket with my wife to go to Nigeria on the 27th September, but some unforseen situation came up, I couldn't travel with my wife on that date, I ask Rose to cancel my ticket, so I can use it for future travel, mind you the cancelation was done 1 or 2 weeks b4 the travel date of 27th. I lose over $800 on this ticket, this is a business class ticket, I don't see any reason why I will have to pay or lose money in it. Then I told her when I want to use the ticket, she then insisted I have to add another $885, b4 she can rebook my flight ✈️. Mind you, I have lost $800 plus to cancel the flight, and another $885 plus to rebook the flight, a total of $1,700.00. At this point she stopped communicating with me, I would call and call and send series of messages, she wouldn't get back to me, till her manager took it over Mr. Paul, which was very helpful in assisting to get another flight. Just imagine I paid for business class all the way, she got me a complicated flight connection, America Airline to Washington DC, from Washington DC to Chicago, from Chicago using United Airline to Frankfurt, Frankfurt to Lagos Nigeria, imagine the frustrating stressful connecting flight, just for me to get to the Airport this morning, America Airline is putting me in Economy class, and taking me to the last seat at the back of the plane, when I paid for business class. This is so annoying 🙄, frusrating and very unprofessional of Rose Adams. Rose, I will need my refund immediately for this. I paid for business not economy from Houston to Washington. I don't know what seat they will give to me when I land Washington DC to Chicago. You have to call America Airline before I land Washington DC to correct this enormous error, I am so disappointed and upset 😡 right now. I have never seen a connecting flight like this all my life.

Working with Tyler to find a multi-city business-class fare from Florida to Cape Town — and then back home — was an absolute pleasure. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. In fact, during the search, Tyler found a flight from Johannesburg to Paris and then Paris to Florida, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy a few extra days in Paris. He quickly went to work and found terrific return flights from Paris to Florida. Tyler is always available when you need him — prompt in returning calls and emails, and genuinely committed to providing great service. Did I mention he also got us tremendous pricing? Tyler was a pleasure to work with, and I’m sure I’ll be working with him again.

Harry was very efficient and knowledgeable about every question that I had asked. He was very patient with working to find the the right schedule for me. I would definitely use Harry for future trips.

I would like to commend Aiden for the excellent service he provided when booking my trip to France and Spain. he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially where I needed to coordinate multiple flights across several countries. He went above and beyond to guide me through every step to secure my departure and return date and time, making what could have been a very stressful experience completely smooth. I will definitely be using Mr. Pierce for my future travel planning.
