Kevin was very responsive
Kevin was very responsive, not only on options for flights but also ensuring my process was very smooth. I'm a pretty demanding customer so he actually exceeded my expectations on getting seat preferences and the wider team helped me navigate flight delays etc. I have recommended him to a number of colleagues and will certainly use him again.
