I saw their ad on Instagram for…
I saw their ad on Instagram for discounted flights. Put in information with dates, destination and number of travelers for a quote and received a low quote for business class. Somehow was routed to Aiden who told me the quote I received was only for Feb 2026 when I had put specific dates in January. Then when asking me my budget I said I just want a quote. He tells me well if you prefer cheapest then here’s the amount but “most people travel for comfort, not cost.” WTF? Of course people want discount and comfort otherwise the pursuit of cc points wouldn’t be so hot right now and their website is advertising discount seats so WTF is he talking about. This is a bait and switch. I will continue booking my own travel.
