Youna Martinez found me a nice option for my trip to NIce next year. I could save $1200 per person for the business class round trip if I flew economy to and from Heathrow to Nice and business class to and from my home to Heathrow. They couldn't offer much of a discount on the other full business class or first class options. I was still very pleased with her demeanor and attitude through the entire process. I felt guilty for not using them but she put me at ease.

Worked with Tyler Friedman on a trip to Greece. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I hope to book more trips in the future with him.

It started out very well until I received my credit card statement. My trip itinerary was completely different than what I had planned and paid for. Dexter Murphy, the travel agent, completely messed up. Thankfully, Web Bookings had to make a new reservation with American Airlines which cost me an additional $500. In future, I learned my lesson, I will book directly with an airline.

I was a little cautious when I was booking my flights to England. I did a lot of research but wanted to treat myself… I came across Melanie and she was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and had a lot of patience with me and my questions. Booking was very easy and I had my tickets within minutes.
