My agent was extremely professional, extraordinarily knowledgeable, and supremely patient with my nervous nelly jitters as I am flying a complicated rout to a remote area. He was also able to secure a great first class rate for my husband and I. If this is your first time using the service, be aware that in order to secure these great rates takes time. Although I was quite unsettled by the 24+ hr wait from booking to confirmation, everything went as promised & it’s worth your patience. I will be perfectly confident using this service in the future.

I learned of PrivyTrips on Facebook and connected with agent, Zeus. He was extremely responsive and offered a couple of flight options to Frankfurt which were much better priced than what I could find on my own. We booked nonstop flights in business class with confirmed seats (at no extra charge) and lounge access. I really couldn't believe the price. I had definitely planned to work with Zeus again until he reacted very negatively to my 4 star review and insisted i change it and to a perfect 5 stars and send him a $$ tip if i wanted to work with him again. However,I refused. I'll never book with Zeus again. He"s an unscrupulous sales guy, not a professional travel agent. I will contact PrivyTravel again for international business class travel as they offer unbeatable fares, despite the turnoff I experienced with Zeus.

So I want to be honest and helpful. Melanie is the best travel agent I've ever dealt with. She got us some excellent rates for what we were looking for, but thats not the only major factor, also she is as responsive as any representative I've ever dealt with, travel or anything else. During my working life I tried to be that way with my customers and she's a breath of fresh air in this era of declining customer responsiveness. If you are working on a complicated travel situation, I'd totally recommend you give Melanie at PrivyTrips a call.

His prices are unbeatable. Washington made business class travel affordable. Highly recommended
