I love being able to order whatever labs I need without having to go see a doctor. And it’s easy to schedule the lab appointment at the same time. I show up at the lab and they already have my order. All I have to do is scan a code to check in. My only complaint is that it’s hard to navigate what’s included in bundled tests vs individual tests. I’d like to be able to enter which tests I want and have the website tell me the most efficient way to cover all of them.

Easy interface for ordering; good information about tests.

My original appointment was delayed given the original appointment location was closed. Better communication between the draw station and privatemdLabs would’ve prevented this. It was easy to reschedule though. Unfortunately, the reschedule had the same problem. This required me to go out of town to get my labs done.

Easy to set up my appointment and everything. I had a “1$ then pay later” offer originally but when i closed out by accident, the offer was gone, despite not placing the order yet, so I just gave up and paid for the full test. The user experience other than that was fantastic though!

Quick and easy just didnt offer many appointment times or locations in my area.

Spent way less money getting a comprehensive panel done than what my insurance wanted to charge me for just a few tests. I only wish lab locations across the country weren’t so horribly run. Quest/LabCorp take enshittification to a new level.

the start to finish process is easy and convenient..the only thing i didn't like this time was my estradiol level was not an exact number; it was just stated as in the normal range..previous tests showed exact numerical level

The ease of use and how in depth the profile goes for the price is great, I’ll continue using privatemdlabs. I only wish it was easier to use Labcorp instead of Quest
