Hi Angel, Thank you for the feedback, glad to hear the process was fast and that you received your results quickly. We understand preferring to receive everything at once. The reason results are released individually is so you can begin reviewing completed markers immediately, sometimes as soon as 24 hours after your draw, rather than waiting for the slowest component of the panel to finish. Different tests often use different processing methodologies and, in some cases, are sent to different lab facilities entirely. Because of that, not all results finalize at the same time. If we held everything until the full report was complete, many customers would end up waiting significantly longer to see any results at all. Appreciate you sharing the perspective, it’s helpful feedback. Results came in all on time. My appointment was for 2:00pm and I wasn't seen until 2:45, but other than that everything went smoothly. Everything was very affordable as well

this helped me to get some blood tests i really needed, without having to book aseparate dr appoinment to do so. please note, because you used private md, check their communications with you. they send you a code which you use to sign in at your lab. i was trying to sign in at the lab as usual but you need to use the code!!! your appt won't even register without it. using private md both helped order the tests and once signed in made the apptmoint time accurate. there was no waiting after signing in for the agreed upon appt time.

I have been using PrivateMD labs for 11 years and it makes it easy to monitor my own health. I have all those years of trends to look back on to catch trends that may need adjusting or monitoring. My only complaint is that it now takes much longer to get results back than it used to. Usually a week or so for results when it previously would only be 1-3 days. I think this started when the switch to Quest labs was started. Other than that I would give 5 stars and will continue to use PrivateMD Labs to monitor my health.

I Had an appointment booked at a lab nearby my house. When it was the day of the appointment I went to the lab only to find out the lab I had booked had closed two weeks prior. I was able to re-book my appointment to a different lab, but a couple weeks later. My scheduled appointment at the new lab went by fine, I signed in, and was seen rather quickly. I was in and out. So overall I had a good experience.
