Great service

Absolutely love it!!! Only down side is how long it takes to get the results

Easy to get ordered and many locations to get blood work done. I'd give it 5 stars, but it's a little difficult to find results and compare them to past results. It's there; it just seemed a little hard to navigate their website.

Your phone support is excellent

Blood draw was extremely simple and painless. Quest did have my results to me before MD labs did. Better report on results than Ques though.

This is a very easy to use website offering many different options for bloodwork. They are easily explained and are fair prices. In the past when I had an issue with possibly missing a scheduled appt, their customer service was very helpful and reassured me I could rebook. The lab sites offered are clean and very professional. Appointment times are adhered to. My only complaint is that I wish they had more possible lab locations to avoid longer drives.

Results too slow, otherwise very accessible

When I arrived at the lab the orders for the blood work had not been received. I had to text Private MD and did get a fast response. They did send the orders within 15 mins. Slight delay but they made it right. That’s why I didn’t give 5*
