Charles, The check-in process you described sounds frustrating and certainly not the experience we wish you to have. While the blood draw locations are operated by our lab partners and their on-site procedures aren’t directly managed by us, we take this kind of access issue seriously. We work hard to clearly list everything that’s part of each panel, but we’ll take this as feedback to make that even more obvious. Hi Jeffrey, Thanks for the feedback and for using us more than once. You shouldn’t have to request additional pages of your results. That’s not the intended experience, and we understand how frustrating that is, especially if it’s happened more than once. In many cases, results come in from the lab in multiple parts, and they should all be accessible to you as they’re released. If that’s not happening consistently, we want to fix it. Please reach out to support with your order details so we can review what’s happening on your account and make sure you receive complete results without needing to follow up each time. We’ll also use this to identify and correct the root cause. Appreciate you calling this out.

Our goal is to provide value through convenience, flexible ordering, access to results as they come in, and a support team that can step in when needed. If there’s ever a specific test or panel you’re comparing, feel free to reach out we’re happy to help you find the best option for what you’re looking for. We like to think the cost of getting blood work with us is much lower than the ultimate price of getting sick and the cost of wasting time going through the traditional avenues that take so much effort and appointments and waiting and answering questions that are not relevant and possibly even getting denied the blood work through traditional means.

Estradiol can take longer than many standard tests depending on the lab’s processing and batching, but you should still have clear expectations and updates along the way. If that wasn’t the case, we understand the frustration. That’s a core part of what we aim to make easy. Where we clearly fell short is on support. Slow responses or not getting issues fully resolved is not acceptable, and that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We have since resolved this, and our response times have improved drastically in most cases and as far as your issues not getting resolved, that is certainly not the experience we want you leaving with.
