Hi there, We were unable to find any customer complaints in our support que with any of these issues and this has never happened with us before. Please contact us directly for support so we can look into this matter. While the blood draw locations are run by our lab partners ( staffing and on-site procedures aren’t directly managed by us), this is definitely not the kind of experience we want anyone to have and this is certainly not something we have come across before, and we've been doing this for over 20 years. We’d really like to look into this further and share your feedback with the lab partner involved. We do want to clarify one point regarding the credits: the $50 store credit issued as compensation can be used in full on a single order. The $25-per-order limit only applies to promotional credits (such as referral or first-time customer credits), which are structured differently. We understand how that may have been confusing and appreciate you calling it out. Regarding your appointment experience, this is not the standard we aim to deliver. In rare cases like the one you experienced, orders may require additional review before being transmitted to the lab, which can cause delays like the one you experienced. What you’re describing typically comes down to an issue at the draw site (for example, not all tests being properly collected or processed), and we can absolutely help straighten this out so you don’t have to go back and deal with that frustration on your own. Thank you for raising this. What you’re describing is not how our system is designed to work. It is not possible to complete a subscription order without explicitly selecting a recurring interval during checkout. The frequency must be chosen before purchase, and a one-time option is also clearly presented and easy to select. We do not automatically enroll customers into subscriptions based on past orders. On subscription management, there is a way to cancel, and we will always process a cancellation request even if there is any confusion with the interface. If the cancellation option was difficult to find or didn’t work as expected, that is something we want to fix. Moreover you can also contact support to cancel if you're unable to find the cancellation option in your account which is visible for all our customers. We would like to review your specific case and make sure everything is handled correctly. Thank you for the feedback, understood. To clarify, you are not required to fill anything out in order to cancel. If a cancellation request is submitted, we will process it regardless of whether additional information is provided. We do ask for optional feedback during cancellation so we can improve the experience, but that should never feel mandatory or block a cancellation. We will review how this is presented to make sure it is clearly optional and not frustrating. Appreciate you calling this out.

Thank you for the candid feedback this is helpful, even if frustrating to hear. You’re right to expect that searching for something like testosterone and PSA should quickly surface the right panels. The new search experience has been recently improved, and it sounds like it was too limited in how it matches test contents vs. just test names when you tried it. That’s not the intended experience, and we’re actively working on making search much more flexible and intuitive. On your results, you shouldn’t be left waiting without clarity. Some components can take longer depending on the lab and specific tests, but we should be able to see exactly what’s pending and why.
