Some of the instructions leading up to the test were confusing but once at the lab everything went smoothly.

The insights that give quick explanations of some of the readings were very nice to have. Only didn't do 5 stars due to the long wait times.

In and out quickly. The technician was so skilled, I literally felt nothing! First time in 50 years that has happened. Results were posted in less than 36 hours. It is a little pricey if you are paying out of pocket.

I really think this company would benefit more from allowing us to freely create our own test panels. We sort of do have this ability but not entirely, we can’t individually select tests, they always group in 2 of more.

Easy to read and order. It was nice to get the tests that mattered to me. The ordering process was fairly simple. However, the results took longer than anticipated to all be delivered to me (over 10 days). Also, the total pricing is higher than I would prefer. I will shop around next time a little more, but the service itself was ok.
