Easy to purchase. Test selection was a little annoying to go through. Prices were decent. You can find cheaper elsewhere. Took 3 weeks to get some tests back. Not privatemdlabs fault though.

Everything with this company was excellent. The estradiol tests took a while but I believe that's due to testing companies backlog, not private MD labs. So all in all great company and great experience.

The prices are a bit steep, but I can use my FSA card and put it to good use. The tests are many, and you will find what you need done bloodwork-wise! Its great that it finds a location and takes alot of the guesswork out of the situation. Thank you

smooth easy process with acurate results

Always fast and everything happens as stated and expected. My only complaint is the price has gone up dramatically since I started using them in 2017. As with all things it’s expected over time but it’s 4-6x more unfortunately. Still wouldn’t use anyone else though.

The website was a little tricky to navigate but I’m grateful this service is out there.

My only complaint is when you add a panel then realize you want a different panel, you have to delete each test one by one. And to make adjustments, the resets go back to the original panel you added. So infuriating.
