No wait and a quick draw, test results did take a lot longer than 10days though. 3 weeks to get results back

Easy to order and make appointments without having to go to a clinic first, i can purchase all the tests i want and get text updates as the results come in.

Ease of ordering. Results arrive as they come in and you don't have to wait until all are completed. However I had to wait 13 days for one result because lab was backed up.

I wish there were some slightly different bundles of tests so I didn't have to build a custom order that's a bit more expensive (e.g., the men's hormone panel has total test but not free test, so i have to build a different set to get my free test), but it's not a big deal. Ultimately, it's excellent being able to make a specific bloodwork request and book an appointment quickly and easily in one platform. I appreciate the ease!

Simple layout, being able to add/remove any tests is nice.

Lab reports were received as the tests were completed. Reports were very timely. The last test did take more than ten days to get the final results, not sure what was going on there.

Was super easy and I got right in. Labs came back clear and fast easy to read.
