Cheaper servers than competitors
Cheaper servers than competitors - very helpful staff. Have had server up for a month and a half, no performance issues of note.

Five star provider
Five star provider. I've been using prismnodes for the past few months and they've been GREAT. The level of transparency they provide is great and much better than Apex which I've switched from. Mwah.

The server panel is down constantly.
The server panel is down constantly, there are sudden crashes, and many player connections are bad for no reason from a certain time, the server performance is incredible but all these problems generates a bad experience on my server.

Hi Fede, As per our privacy policy, we don’t share information like your sign-up time or anything like that so we can't give a detailed explanation here and encourage you to reach out to us. We’ve been having hardware issues with node DAL-1-PG over the past day (which you are likely on), which has caused intermittent crashes and other disruptions. Earlier today, we sent out an email letting affected users know what’s going on and offering to move them to a different machine temporarily while we fix this. We've also been posting live updates, and detailed postmortems on our status page and Discord server. These issues are out of our control and we acknowledge that they are unacceptable, hence why in that email we mentioned SLA credit and such. We know this situation is unusual and have been working hard to resolve it. We’re sorry for the trouble this has caused. As for the review, we appreciate the feedback about our server performance. We’re constantly working to improve things like uptime and connectivity and will take this feedback seriously as we continue to refine our systems. If you’d like to move to a new machine or have any other questions, let us know. Thanks for your patience as we get this sorted out. Best regards, The prism team
