The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is that there’s still some major hiccups with the service- entire nodes will go down occasionally and without warning, and some features are missing or incomplete. Aside from that, though, everything has been fantastic! The interface and performance is much better than our previous hoster, and the customer service has been responsive and helpful. I’m sure as they improve their tech further, I’ll be able to make this a solid 5 stars. Also, it’s silly, but I appreciate that like Bloom you have access to the trashbin. Very useful, that.

pricing was amazing, staff and support was great. overall performance was amazing. the one problem i have is there is a slight bug that happens 0.1% of the time and disables the ability to play and start the server. hope it gets fixed soon!

The host is really good with not a lot of lag and a lot of my friends can play it at all times I have a lot of fun with it

Great support, sadly some beakdowns in service and loss of data. I must stress that it’s my conviction that these issues has been resolved as you switched your providers as data centres. I now trust this service.

The customer support is genuinly horrible. Expect a 1 week response time if you're lucky.
