Like another user said, I experienced same! All liars. One staff said to me to send invoice and to get back to me, but ghosted, very awful experience! I wasted my 2 weeks. Don't try this service at all! There are lots of services, this service looked cheap, so I chosed at first. But don't try this cheap and bad service! Update: "After being informed that we could not proceed"??? Please don't try lie here as well! You offered no response whatsoever. Do you want me to share the screenshots? You kept me waiting for 2 weeks without providing any decision, ultimately driving me to extreme anger. You ought to offer compensation for the wasted time and mental distress, or at the very least, show sincere remorse, yet you continue to lie. What grudge do I hold against you that would cause me to harass you without reason? If you had simply told me you couldn't do it because of crypto issues, I would have just looked for another service. Please stop the deception.
Response from PrismJul 9, 2026
Hello, We’re sorry you were unhappy with the outcome, but this review leaves out important context. We do not provide services for cryptocurrency-related activity, and we never have. In your case, we reviewed whether an exception could reasonably be made, which is why the response time was longer than usual. The requested service would have been at a significant markup due to the risk profile, so there would have been no reason for us to delay or decline the order unless there was a serious policy or network reputation concern. After review, we concluded that we could not provide service for this use case without risking our network reputation and violating our policies. After being informed that we could not proceed, you began spamming our Discord, using profanity, and harassing members of our team. We understand that being declined service is frustrating, but we cannot approve usage that violates our Terms of Service or creates risk for our network.

Staff is Super Rude Especially the Owner RIZEN if the problem involves their owner, he will just threaten to ban you Even if it's the company's fault
Response from PrismJun 14, 2026
This review is part of the harassment campaign responsible for several other fake (replied with identification) reviews. FYI, RIZEN doesn't even have the power to ban users directly. We only ban users when they consistently break rules (advertising, slurs, harassment, various repeated infractions, alts, etc) or advertise their own services. We have stopped asking clients to review our service here for the sole reason that it's exclusively polluted by these independently verifiable campaigns. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out and contact us.

The orders were being stuck, and when I tried questioning the staff about it they banned me for no reason provided.
Response from PrismMay 17, 2026
Hi, We reviewed your account and could not find any support ticket or direct attempt to contact our team regarding the order issue. The only interaction we found was in our Discord, where moderation action was taken due to messages that violated our community rules. This did not affect your Prism account, which remains active on our website. If you are still experiencing an issue with an order, please open a support ticket through the billing panel so our team can properly review and resolve it.

Been waiting 4 days for a simple dedicated IP port change with no reply or anything. my ticket was closed and was met with attitude from support claiming "we have legit been responding" when they hadn't. They rely heavily on AI support, which is completely unhelpful for anything beyond the most basic questions.
Response from PrismJan 12, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share it. To clarify, your ticket was placed on hold during the holiday period when staffing was limited, which regrettably extended the response time. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that delay can be. We’d also like to clarify that our standard support channels are handled by human staff. We do offer an optional AI-based help tool as a separate, instant-response resource for basic questions, but it is not a replacement for human support and is entirely optional. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to review this further and ensure your request is properly resolved. Please feel free to reach out directly with your ticket details so we can follow up.

Accused me of lying because they made a mistake. At the end i was told "just own up to it"

We’re unable to find any record of you as a customer in our system. Based on our review, this account appears to be associated with an organized online harassment group that has posted multiple coordinated reviews against us. We take genuine customer feedback seriously and are always willing to investigate real issues. If you believe this review is legitimate, please contact us directly with verifiable service or order details so we can look into it appropriately.

Update since Prism responded instead of actually addressing the issue: My Discord username is skryptio. I was in your Discord server. I had a ticket. That ticket was closed, and my account skryptio was then banned from PrismNodes, which conveniently prevents me from responding or asking why. Claiming you "can't find a record" of me while banning the exact account I'm naming here is either careless or dishonest. If I was never a member, you wouldn't have needed to ban me. I was not advertising my hosting service in your Discord. If you believe I broke a rule, no evidence was shown, no warning was given, and no explanation was provided. Just a silent ban. Now your escalating this by accusing me of impersonation, harassment, and running a coordinated review campaign instead of acknowledging that your Discord moderation and support handling were dishonest. That says more about how criticism is handled than anything else. This update exists to make it clear: - My Discord username was skryptio - My ticket was closed - I was banned afterward Your welcome to check your Discord logs instead of pretending this never happened.

We’re unable to find any record of this reviewer as a customer or Discord community member. This account is impersonating an unrelated hosting provider’s owner and is associated with a competing hosting service. As part of a coordinated effort, this same account has posted multiple one-star reviews against us while leaving five-star reviews for the competing service it operates, which represents a clear conflict of interest and misuse of the Trustpilot platform. The claims made here are inaccurate. Discord moderation actions are taken only in response to documented rule violations, and this review does not reflect any legitimate interaction with our service. We welcome genuine feedback from real customers. If this review is based on an actual experience, please contact us directly with verifiable account or service details. This review has been reported to Trustpilot for impersonation, coordinated harassment, and conflict of interest.

Server and panel were having connection issues for several days due to a Ddos. Management blamed it on a massive Ddos that affected half the internet. Not true because my old server host that's in the same location as them didn't experience any issues. Support is very slow to answer. Moreover, they're not friendly. Update: I refuse to give them my personal information for obvious reasons.

This is what we would say if you were a client — but based on your response to Trustpilot’s review verification, you are not a customer of Prism. Given that, and the similarities in language and timing, you’re likely affiliated with the same hate group that has been review-bombing our Trustpilot page and operating fake Twitter accounts impersonating us. We stand by our original statement: the disruption was caused by the Aisuru botnet, a verified 30+ Tbps global DDoS event that impacted Tier 1 carriers worldwide (see https://krebsonsecurity.com/2025/10/ddos-botnet-aisuru-blankets-us-isps-in-record-ddos/ and or down detector which distinctly notes widespread outages across the world. yesterday with services like Steam, YouTube, AWS, etc). Our SLA remains valid, and we’ve since expanded capacity and mitigation further to ensure continued stability.
