Really reliable servers, and support is available 24/7

Started out with good support on their discord, but when I ran into a server-halting bug (a commonality with the beginner plan). I was simply met with silence, so I was forced to stop the service because my filesystem was broken and there was no support for my problem.

Prism has an excellent team around them. Their COO provided support for me and answered any questions I have. Their network is stable and reliable. Coming from other popular providers, I can say Prism definitely is the best out of them all. I love their transparency in the Discord too.

Amazing host! I run my server play.cookiesmp.net on there and they are always there to instantly support me! I have had tons of problems with my minecraft server fixed within minutes or hours. They are there for the players and I 100% recommend their host!
