Very good services! I’ve been with Prism for about a year now and I can’t complain. The service is phenomenal, they fixed my VPS after my screw up. I highly recommend you check this hosting service out.

I had a few issues getting the server purchased (errors on me not them) and then also another issue the following day but Hakko was kind and helped me through the issues and was also quick on answering my tickets. I definitely would recommend Prism Hosting

One thing that I am a huge stickler about, is customer service. And let me just tell you the responsiveness that Prism has is wildly amazing! They're fast, on top of it, and any time that I ran into a self-made issue, they immediately stepped in to help me figure out what was wrong and what was happening! I can see myself using this company for as long as it exists, and I'm really excited about that!!!!! My website is fast, smooth, I have no problems that I have seen at other host companies where the website speed is just drastically slow, or it breaks etc. and I just.... I feel good being here! Super happy!
