Regarding the longer server startup times, we noted that Windows Defender was scanning every file during fxserver startup, something that can commonly increase server start times, and we shared steps to help resolve this. We also want to clarify that at no point did we intend to shift responsibility. When we referenced third-party services, it was to provide context around how certain components function, not to avoid accountability. We always aim to take ownership of the services and support we provide along with the overall service experience. Hello Caleb, We don't have any refund requests on record for your account. We'd be willing to make an exception if you reach back out to our support team to issue you a refund for the service. Hello Bradon, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate your input and would like to address your concerns mentioned in the review. While we fully understand your frustration when waiting for your server to be deployed. When you ordered, on the product description on our website it states "Pre-Order. Deployment is 1-3 weeks unless in stock.", since we were waiting on shipping or another client to be finished with the server they were currently renting, we informed you that it would be minimum of 24-48 hours before the server would be deployed. We had communicated with you the entire time, except for ~18 hours on one day when the Chief Operating Officer that was handling your order ran into personal issues due to the passing of a family member. He explained what was happening, specifically stating that it wasn't a trauma dump and that he wasn't looking for an excuse for the lack of communication, just to inform you why there wasn't a response in that time period. As an apology, we offered you a free month of your server on top of the discount you requested due to the delay of the server being deployed, however you had declined the offer and requested a refund. We had kindly informed you that a refund was not possible due to our Terms of Service, which you had agreed to upon account creation and deployed your server. The total time since order confirmation & deployment was ~3 days or ~86 hours, well within the 1-3 weeks advertised. We do apologize that you feel this way about our services and appreciate the review, however we don't appreciate that you are spreading misinformation about your experience in order to harm us.
