I paid for a 6-month prescription on 3/6/25. To date, the prescription hasn't been filled or shipped. I've sent countless emails to their support address (no response), done multiple chats (to a robot), called twice...and nothing. So, they've had my money for 3 weeks and I cannot get a real person to respond or advise when the meds will ship. I may have to pursue legal action for taking my money and not providing the service.

This company is a scam. There is nothing legitimate about them. They took my money and it’s been crickets since then. I keep getting canned responses when I inquire. They are nothing short of thieves.

Consultation was finished and prescription sent to pharmacy for filling 3/6/25. It’s says 2-3 days. Today is 3/26/25. I’ve sent emails- used the chat- and called and on hold forever with no real person to answer. I now think it’s a scam and have asked my cc company to start a refund request for non fulfillment. Updated: as of April 9- still no meds but it has had an ups tracking number for n the status (that is not valid) for 3 full days. Still zero stars!!

Updating my review as i recieved my order at the end of April. The customer team did reach out once the shipment was ready. It would have been better to let customers know it would take over a month to get the product. Ordered tirzepatide the 6th. Today I tried to get a refund but it'll cost me $99 to get my money back because it already went through the pharmacy. I decided to give them another week to deliver the medicine then I'll just eat the $99 cost. They say that their issues with the FDA are over and they're just backed up on shipping out orders. Don't know if it's the truth.

I started to fill out the form when right away they ask for credit card information. I haven't been approved yet. I haven't even been asked any health questions. Big red flags. I backed out of the website. My spidy senses were tingling. Be careful.
