I am very surprised to see so many great reviews for this company. I wonder where I went wrong? It took over a month to receive my first 3 month order of semaglutide after the doctor submitted prescription...this after multiple calls with no apparent follow-up or action. When meds finally arrived, it was clear there was either not enough, or the dosage on the label was incorrect. It has now been a week since leaving a message for the doctor to clarify dosage instructions...with no response. I've read that some customers have had similar experiences. Seems like there is a Jekyll and Hyde over at Prioritymeds...I ended up with Hyde...be weary.

I have tried to contact this company several times and they always give the same response by email. I was already up to 90 units of Tirzepatide and I switched to this company as they seemed cheaper but they didn't send large enough dosage and I kept telling them that and they said you only take once a week and I said I already knew that but they won't send enough and their original sales pitch was the price would not increase due to larger dosage. I am way short on what they should have sent me and talking to a live person is nearly impossible. They do not send you enough medication

After I paid for my subscription it never arrived. The customer service line was vague and wouldn't provide concrete dates or timelines for when the meds would arrive. When I asked for a refund they quit replying to me.

Don't trust this company, scam I orderd 3 month supply. Was told I stay on my same dose I was before which would be 2.5mg 100 units to find out they shortened me to 50 units. Then order came in after being on the road for 3 days with just 1 icepack and no isolation aground it. Order was warm and icepack melted and soft. I told them prior once I found out they downsized my dose to not send and refund my money....but it for ignored. I'm not done . Report goes out to the BBB which I noticed I will not be the 1st one complaining about this company

This company is a scam! They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off their product is garbage. People read the reviews on trust pilot their profile has an unclaimed profile.

I ordered from this company not aware I would have to mix the medicine myself. This made it very confusing not enough instructions. Not enough supplies. I ordered anti nausea medication and they sent me 2 pills for 20 something dollars. After 3 months in high protein diet and exercise I lost nothing. Felt not 1 side effect. As I was on weight loss medication before I swear this is water!!!! Do not buy from this company. Save your money.

Not sure who is providing these reviews but this is a total scam. Ordered through them and received a supposed 3 month supply from a pharmacy by the name of TadaRX. TadaRX does not exist and the address they have listed for their pharmacy is an Allstate Insurance office. Threw everything they sent in the trash. BEWARE!!

I placed an order on 4/15. The company sent 3 tracking numbers...all invalid! They took 449.97 from me and I can't reach anyone on the phone number provided. This is the worst company !!!!!! Nothing shipped...
