Filled out online and was charged the next day. Got generic emails with status but nothing concrete. Meds were sent via regular (slow) US Mail so no refrigeration and took over a week with no tracking either. Here’s where it gets shady… meds were the incorrect dose and you have to reconstitute it. I followed the instructions and tried it twice it burned so bad as I used it. Something is really wrong with it. I emailed, called, chatted and texted and always got a bot never a real person. Such a scam. I finally got a response of just we will send another vial which never came and it’s been 2 months. I disputed with my credit card and after two months they said they never got a response from the company so I got my $799 back! Don’t do business with them!!! And if you do it will likely be bogus meds. Be careful and avoid them!!

I went thru the whole process. And never got any meds. Package is in California and I am in Florida. It hasn't moved for days...if it's even a real pack. Don't waste your time with them. Disputing my Cc charge now. They stopped responding to me.

I've been waiting for 18 days already, while all information is correct and they said it will be send out in 2 days.. They don't respond to any messages anymore and I can't find a phone number to contact them. I think I stepped into a scam

Total scam! Charges your credit card as soon as you complete the intake form doctor approves your prescription prescription goes to the pharmacy according to their website and then nothing…… All emails and calls about your order are returned with a virtually the same message that says they’re working as fast as they can to process your order by the end of the day and then nothing. All of the emails they sent you after registration state that the pharmacy processes orders within one day and they’re shipped within 2 to 3 days. It’s been two weeks and I’ve received nothing. Going to have to go through AMEX to get my money back. All of the positive reviews on this site and others look like they’re from bots

Update they said they shipped the meds a month ago. I never received the medication. They charged my CREDIT CARD AGAIN THIS MONTH. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND WITH THE BBB. THEY ARE A COMPLET SCAM. I TOLD THEM AFTER NEVER RECEIVING THE FIRST SHIPMENT TO NOT CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN.ALL IS DOCUMENTED VIA EMAIL Well I was approved almost a week ago and my Meds are still being filled by the Pharmacy I read all the other reviews which were great? I question if they are real

I have tried so many telemedicine companies and nothing compares to priority meds. The process was very easy. I signed up with in less than an hour i was notified that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. The next day i received my package. I have been using priority for months and wasn't able to loose the last 20 stubborn pounds. I FINALLY LOST MY 20 stubborn pounds. Ive never Dealt with a company that really cares. Everything from the signing up process to receiving my medication has been amazing!!! THANK YOU PRIORITY MEDS FOR EVERYTHING.
