Paid $2349.88 upfront on 8/22. Due to vacation ending 9/8 I did no start the meds and realized my meds were missing only needles received. Have called on 9/9 to be told return call would be received by end of the day. Filled out missing medication on 9/9 and now can not talk to a real person. Today is 9/22. Please call me asap. Worst online experience ever. Took my money and sent nothing. Scam company alert*****

I thought the program was great for the price initially, but the tirzepatide burned like crazy every time. After some research I found that the ph level could be off, which made me wonder if they have their compounds tested. Second problem is that the doctor who requested blood work is not licensed in my state as claimed and I ended up with a hefty lab bill. I moved on…

At first it all seemed okay. BEWARE if you give them your card that you are signing up for auto renewal no matter what. Just TRY to figure out how to cancel and see what happens. They just charged my card without asking $1349 after 6 mths on both mine and my sisters account. READ the fine print. Trying to get it reversed at this time. We'll see if they do it or not? I will update if they do.

BEWARE! I would absolutely never recommend Priority Meds to anyone who values customer service, communication, & integrity. Your 1st conversation with a sales rep may be wonderful- but they are trained to make you feel comfortable. It's all a part of their tactic(s). You will never speak to a doctor or medical professional regarding your meds. Customer Service is basically non-existent and the little response you may receive is very condescending. They have a way of making you feel like the issue while handing off responsibility. And guess what? You can't reach anyone of higher management to escalate concerns. ***Updated Edit 1/2026** I was asked to provide more information on my experience. When signing up for the medication, a medical 'professional' was to contact me to discuss my goals and previous experience with W/L meds. No one contacted me, my meds were shipped, and when trying to contact the company about the error, my calls were met with disinterest. I was dismissed as a misunderstanding on my part. There was a lot of money sunk into the wrong dosage. Eventually a very knowledgable and empathetic staff member contacted me but it took weeks.

They billed me $780 for products that never shipped and REFUSE to REFUND me.

This is false information. The $115 is only to get started and then each month after that is ove $300. Don't fall for the front number you pay. Do fact check. These people are not about giving you the low cost each month. If you offer $115 to sign uo then it should be the $115 everymonth but you are all about making that extra $$$$from people. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This company is dishonest, incompetent, & a nightmare to deal with. They shipped using FedEx. FedEx delivered to the wrong address so I filed a claim. FedEx says Priority Meds (PM) has to file the claim. After a month of PM still refusing to file a claim w/ FedEx, I did a chargeback. Then they say my full address wasn't on the package. LIARS. My address is on PM's website & I confirmed w/ FedEx my address was correct. After 6 weeks, they say they can refund me $310 of the $795 I paid for 6 months worth of semiglutide. Hell no. A partial refund for receiving NOTHING?? I am still waiting for my credit card company to finish their investigation.
