They force feed a medical survey that requires a credit card to review. Like an idiot I gave it to them. They immediately charged the cc $1,740 without my approval, or disclosing the price. I’m disputing. They say thier “policy” is that a medical survey constitutes enrollment. I’m curious if this review stays up.

Overall, I have been pleased. My reasons for not giving four stars are twofold: First, I have had issues with slow delivery; second, I was emailed about a $100 credit for slow delivery back in January and that has never been honored. Otherwise, ordering and getting my scripts filled has been relatively painless and I have lost 20 pounds over 7 months.

I have no issues in the past. Always recieved my meds on time.only issue is at times my debit gets marked as fraud and I have to notify the bank.

Just started using priority meds, My meds were packed & shipped by drugstore in only a few days. Had a question why potency was not upped on month 2 & 3. Received reply pretty quick, stating have to use 3 months on lowest dose first before potency can be increased. Hope everything goes well once i receive my 3 month supply. Was using another supplier & my 3rd month vial was short on amount of fluid. They gave me a hard time about replacing vial, I dropped them & got a refund through my credit card co.

I received my meds within a couple days of ordering and they've been working great... Averaging 2 lb per week weight loss, which is perfect to help keep muscle mass. My second shipment has been sent, which works well as I had my last shot today and I expect it before next week. The only negative I have is the chat feature.. it does take a very long time for a response, so a conversation that should take a few minutes may take 12 or more hours to complete.

Ive been trying to get a hold of them with no clear response!!! I smell a scam, and Im tired of scammers! They have my licence info and my credit card info. Im going to press charges

I get automatically debited every quarter. Meds are OK but still have not received medicine for Q1 and now have paid for Q2 and getting all these emails saying yay your meds are on their way. But none of my inquiries as to the extra $20 charge each quarter or status of my Q1 meds are being answers. What's happening? Received a second request for a review. NO change to status. I phoned and was told I would get a response. None. I want my money back for the meds not shipped.

**Two updates added at the end* I had to reach out numerous times and even state that I wanted to cancel my order before my prescription was approved. It was another 48 hours before my order was shipped. This company takes your money right away, but they are very slow to send the product. You cannot get a hold of a real person - you have to send messages through a so-called customer service portal. The responses sent back are AI-generated. ETA: My order was shipped Next Day through UPS. It should arrive today (2026-04-24). ETA (2026 -04-27): My order arrived on tye 24th and I must say that I was impressed with how well it was packed. Each vial was in bubble wrap & all supplies were in a styrofoam cooler. I updated the "stars" to reflect how well the product was packed.
