No problem with medication deliveries. I noticed that many people have stated their meds were warm and the ice packs did not work. I think they have to get larger ice packs and make sure the medication‘s are kept at least cool if not cold. Yes my medication‘s were warm. Hope they still work properly. I will start second order ,June 7th , I’m one mo.behind because started first order one mo.late .

My meds were compounded on Thursday, arrived late Monday afternoon. Contents (3 months meds) were warm inside the styrofoam container. Both cold packs were melted and warm. Looks like 2-day Fedex meant sitting in a warm to hot Fedex cargo area 3 days.

I placed an order with them. Waited a week. Then found. Out they sent it to the wrong address. And when I talked to customer service they said the meds are no good by now and they will have to send me a new order. 3 days later they wont respond to me at all.
