Knowledgeable staff. The sales rep informed me of a lawsuit from another company I was considering using. After checking customer reviews, I liked Priority Gold better. Sales rep didn't try to pressure me or rip me off with prices on metals. When he couldn't get a better price on one of the offered metals he was able to beat the price of another dealer for a different metal. This allowed me to get best price and buy more assets. The paperwork process was very easy and laid out in emails which sections to fill out. Super easy process.

Establishing an IRA with Priority Gold was a very simplified process and conducted in a very short amount of time! Their employees are certainly very friendly and courteous as well! However…In hind-sight..I”wish I would have slowed the IRA process down a bit and conducted a better cross walk of Priority Golds product prices with other similar organizations. I very easily could have bought the exact same product (Valcambi-Combi bars) 30% cheaper at numerous locations elsewhere. Buying 100 Valcambi-Combi bars at $349 vs. $220 dollars = an IRA starting deficit of $12,900 which obviously will take years just to recover the initial purchase deficit alone!:( In my very own opinion…Price transparency is not necessarily a strong point with Priority Gold. Due to the length of time it will take me to recuperate just the initial loss on the Valcambi products…I’m considering taking the loss, close the IRA and invest my savings more conservatively elsewhere. Transparency of products at Priority Gold is very much lacking in my opinion! Again, I take full ownership of my mistake as at 60 years old…I should have been less trustworthy and better educated myself before contract endorsement!!!
