Ordered many items from them and all were good. Had one order that they decided to make in the wrong size. Contacted customer service and they simply did not care. I was shocked at the attitude of (deal with it. Your not getting a refund or the issue fixed. We have plenty of business and do not care if we lose yours). Fortunately they got me to do some shopping and there are many other options out there and cheaper to boot.

Says it was deliverded. I did not recieve the package

The order arrived incorrect and cannot reach anyone except offshore customer service that is of ABSOLUTELY no help at all.

Delivered to wrong address

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I went to place an order today for over $600 worth of printing, including custom business cards, my design business cards and my design stickers. Apparently the free shipping over $69 applies to each item, not the total purchase. Even with that large of a purchase, I was still being charged $9 for shipping. Not a lot, I know, but I get a little irritated at bait and switch promotions. Plus I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years. Thinking this was something of a glitch or that could be overridden, I had a nice chat with a gentleman named Joe who couldn't or wouldn't help me. I then called and was put on hold for a few minutes to be told that a supervisor wasn't available. So.....I found another company and, get this, my total was less!

The material that your company uses is really bad 👎 I don't ask for paper material if you going to charge 200 for that type material on that material I should make my self

Ordered 150 stickers, but only received 99 stickers. Take my advice and count your order at the counter in front of staff. They did not believe that the order was incorrect until the clerk decided to count it for himself. Once confirmed that the order was indeed WRONG. He (I forget his name, Robert?) said that the missing stickers would be delivered overnight (next day by 4 p.m.) ...Which was a lie the order came 2 days later and was delivered to my neighbor across the street. This incompetence delayed my road trip to Las Vegas over nine hours and management would not allow the package to be rerouted to my Vegas hotel. Worst experience ever. I don't care that my order was doubled, I lost money on my hotel stay to wait on package to be delivered. The phone service was useless and Customer Service in located off- shore. Horrible service experience all the way around. Although the stickers are nice, I will not consider using this company again. 1 star only because the stickers are nice.

I've have ordered from them for over 5 years. The 2 orders I had prior to this last one had minor issues. I did not complain. Then my last order was unusable. The cut in the back to assist in getting the label off was non existent. I called and was told they would promptly fix this. Three days later someone emailed asking for more evidence so I made another video. Then two days later I got another email asking when I was sending evidence. I called and they said they found the email but still sent another email asking about quantity that was bad. Then 2 days after that they sent me an email telling me they were sending a call tag to pick up the defective ones. All the while I kept telling them the urgency that I needed these labels. Finally when the Fedex driver came I just got frustrated and told them never again. They are not the same company. It seems now that they are a big corporate company they don't care.
