Customer service was spot on when dealing with my proof. Labels printed fast and delivered quick and cheaper than my other vendor. How ever, even after explaining that I did not require a safety zone for cutting around my label it appears that rather than just cutting the excess off my intentionally oversizedproof, it seems they shrunk my image to limit the amount cut off. As a result everything is a little smaller than my current labels. A little harder to read but still legible if you have good eyes. My concern is one of the lines on my label state, "MAY CONTAIN SEED SHELLS" and I don't want a liability issue to pop up because some people may not be able to read it. Let me know what you think. The postcards looked really good. I'm just not able to send the 2000 I ordered in the mail due to grammatical errors. I know, I proofed and I approved the postcard, but I was just hoping that printrunner could of proofed it as well, and maybe caught the errors before printing. Having a second set of eyes by proofing would be an additive benefit to the customer.

Ordered 3000 stickers and the colors from the top and bottom of sticker is off and doesn't match what we ordered. This is for my company, it's not too bad but looks unprofessional.

50% of my order was perfect. Unfortunately the other 250 postcards printed with whitish blurs in a couple places on all 250. I tried to report the issue but haven't had any response yet, which is disappointing.

Labels always look great. Shipping is always about double what it actually costs to ship a package this size and weight, however.

Print Runner is a good company to use if you have plenty of time, and don't mind having to go through numerous reviews dealing with time delays and shipping. The cost is a fair value! However, if you are in a rush do consider other options. Me personally, I do not have time to waste...
