I find the online approach to setting up an order is daunting, but getting a great service rep made all the difference. My initial contact with Customer Service was disappointing and I felt ignored and cut off; however, I persisted and got on the phone with someone who was patient, kind and worked with me to create and reproduce a postcard in record time. The finished product was much better than I expected and at 1/3 of the cost, a true bargain. Printrunner was recommended to me and I in turn would recommend it. I now feel comfortable working online and will have all my promotion cards done by Printrunner.
