I’m pleased with the quality, but they are too small.

Fast delivery, easy ordering. Negative is the paper. Ink smears unless you let it dry for a few hours.

I love the quality and price of the vinyl stickers. However, Printrunner uses a costly delivery carrier to Hawaii, and Alaska, so the cost of the stickers rises dramatically. I suggest that Printrunner uses USPS ground advantage to ship at more reasonable rates.

I ordered stickers for my business, they came out beautiful. I called before ordering and was told I could pick them up the next day, all I needed to do was pay for them and that’s it. So I paid feeling confident I’d get my stickers in time for my event, but that wasn’t the case. The turnaround time is misleading and should be clear online and over the phone. I will continue to buy my stickers from your company, the price and quality are great. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the estimated time given online and with the customer service representatives

My banner came out great but the font on my business card is looking too small. I should have double checked it prior but it would have helped if someone contacted me before printing all of my order. I probably have to reorder and am a little unhappy about it hence gave 4 stars but otherwise you get a 5 stars. Thank you

The fact that there was an error in the layout of the final product, it was fixed and I am being sent the same order free of charge with the issue fixed. I would have rated print runner 5 stars but the issue did happen in the first place so this caused my final product to be delayed. I do appreciate that print runner took responsibility and provided me with a corrected order.

Website wouldn't process order without help from support rep. However, support rep processed order without printing the back side of business card. Wasn't charged for back side printing, but definitely wanted the order to have that info included
