Customer service was excellent!
Customer service was excellent! I had a couple of questions that were answered quickly. The photo banner (8x10, dual sided) is perfect! The vinyl looks like it will last for years. Standard shipping time was great. I’m so pleased with this purchase! Definitely recommend!

Backdrop is beautiful!
I received a telephone call and spoke with a representative who explained what needed to be done to make the backdrop fit the dimensions that I indicated. Once I agreed, I thought my backdrop would be deliverd in another 7 days which was rushed however, I received the order in 2 days. My family is happy with the backdrop.

Thank you, Penny! We’re thrilled to hear that your backdrop arrived sooner than expected and that your family is happy with it. We always aim to provide excellent service and quick delivery. Your feedback means a lot to us! -Customer Care
