Truly appreciate that Print Runner did eventually get me these stickers and refunded me completely for them being over a week late. However, these stickers were way darker than the original print. Still usable, but not what I submitted.

Not happy with this company right now. I recently reordered a product, and realized about 5 minutes later that I had already ordered same thing less than a month ago. I sent an email to customer service, who has always been quick to respond, asking to cancel the order and explained the situation. A week later I get the product in the mail. Makes me wonder if their customer service doesn't check their email anymore, or if they chose to ignore it. There have been some minor issues with labels that I have ordered also, after not having any problems for the last 3 or 4 years.

The first time I ordered 5000 tags at a time and they were perfect. The second time I ordered the same qty of the same hang tag and they are uncentered and the holes are extremely rough and not cleanly cut. Not very happy about having to use these for the next year…

The first print run had 2 errors. It was quickly resolved and reprinted. They still met our deadline. Super happy with the reprint.

The print quality for color flyers was very medicore. The colors were too dark overall (noticeably different from the proof) and the font/image details were blurred. The prints are just barely acceptable, but we will need to find a new print shop for simple flyers in the future.

We appreciate the quick delivery and have been pleased with past orders. This order was a bit disappointing as all the labels were cut offset almost cutting off one side of the logo.

While I love most things about working with Print Runner, the quality control seems to be slipping. We're noticing that more and more often the stickers are cut crooked. While it may only be 50 here and 75 there that's still super annoying since the time it takes to report and get credited is time out of our schedule that we have to spend taking the required photographs to report the problem and then get a partial credit each time. But it's an INCREASINGLY common issue and detracts from my satisfaction as a client for nearly 20 years across a few different businesses. While Print Runner wins on price, that will at some point become not worth being a client any more.

I honestly wasn’t satisfied with quality and image. I had ordered in the past the same type of material and same picture, and this time it didn’t come out that good.
