I ordered 500 brochures, 3/4 of them were folded properly but the other 1/2 was mis-folded and they look terrible, not sure we will be able to use them.

The stickers I ordered were of good quality. My only complaint is the lettering is not as bold as it seemed when I ordered them. The print appeared a lot bolder on the computer than what they actually are.

Ordering was easy, shipment was estimated correctly and arrived on time. I had already pre-built my design on my own so it was really just a matter of uploading. The actual printed version was not as clear and precise as the proof - the image came out a bit blurry. Additionally, the original and the carbon do not align perfectly- the carbon copies are printed just slightly to the left of the original which thankfully won't affect the boxes we need to fill but it does kind of play tricks with your eyes in determining where to write. All in all - it will function as needed but quality control could be improved.

The quality of the sign and the design were very good, but the size was a bit too large and then I tried to cut it to fit my A-frame and then I made it too small. So it would’ve been nice if it was 25 x 36 the way I ordered it

Not happy with final quality. The color looks splotchy and not 100% solid and consistent. The clear backing holds finger prints so easily that every sticker is ruined immediately after placing. They did arrive quickly and seem to be sticky enough at least. Won't be reordering

Some tickets were not numbered. Numbered tickets were all out of order. Had to manually go through boxes to put books in number order.

I am not receiving any messages that my items are ready for pick up. I have to call because it isn't showing clearing on the website. And the stuff is never done in 3 days like it should be
