Horrible service. Placed and paid close to $500 for an EDDM order. Went back in to check the order and it said the mailing list was not uploaded. I tried to upload it from their site and it brought me to a non secure site with an invalid certificate to download. I sent an email to request my card not be charged or refunded immediately if they had already charged it and 3 days later had to call because they had still not issued a refund. The woman on the phone just kept repeating herself and stating she will check to see why the order has not been mailed yet. So frustrating. Update: they have now called me 3 times today leaving messages and sent 2 emails stating the same information I was already told that doesn’t justify anything. Add harassment to their customer service.

I’ve ordered hang tags for my business for years without issue until my last two orders. Custom products should have consistency in my opinion. The paper that they are printed on (white paper that was actually grey) no longer matches the labels I use. This card stock is not labeled any different and was able to be corrected with my last order. This current order was a reprint of the corrected version and came wrong again. The color of the paper changes the printed colors on the tags making them always come in looking different from the previous batch. I was very disappointed that Printrunner says that can’t control the color of the paper. Especially when they were able to see the mistake and correct it before.

I hate to leave 2 stars feedback but I ordered stickers and the first time didn't came out centered. they printed them again and it was the same problem..the other 2 items I printed with them was great.

I ordered round labels that were going to be utilized as book plates for my 4 year old granddaughter. I sent perfect artwork (although retired, I have work experience as a graphic designer) and one of the pre-press people took it upon themselves to remove a line that was 1/8" inside the perimeter of the label. No reason given. To their credit, PrintRunner is re-running the job. Time will tell if they do it correctly

some envelopes were damaged as corner of box was dented and insufficient packing inside outer carton - about 50 items removed with damaged corners. On inspection some envelopes were glued together on flaps - and not usable. About 25 items discarded.

Some stickers looked worn out and there were a few with bar codes over the sticker design. Order number: #10626701 Thank you for the response

The increased height caused the paper weight to be insufficient for the brochure to remain erect in a brochure rack. I believed the weight advertised by you for brochures would be sufficient. It will not work well with flat/unfolded brochures.

I ordered 3 items from print runner. One turned out fine the other 2 were printed on the wrong paper. The customer service is terrible and they won't correct mistakes. Save time and aggravation and order elsewhere.
