Print Runner only has one flaw.....get rid of the phone bank in the Phillipines and bring it back to the US with clear speaking english speaking representatives. These Phillipino "customer service" people are not doing Print Runner any benefit. You can't understand them and they do not know anything about graphics and can't refer you to english speaking people that do know. PS: I have been using Print Runner for about 20 years now. I miss Eva, who was always my contact.

Ordered labels needed for our business - the ordering process was easy, the labels arrived quickly and are of good quality, and the printing is clean. The only thing I would change is for the labels to be on a roll and easier to peel from the backing vs individually cut and having to peel the backing off in 2 halves. That's a lot of added time for the number of labels ordered and how we use them. Pricing was also reasonable. We ordered from another company the first time we needed labels and had nothing but issues so we were a little hesitant, but based on this experience we will definitely order from printrunner again!
