Customer service good before the sale but not so much after the sale. Two orders printed on the wrong paper with defects and both orders shorted. Paid for 150 cards each order but only received 108 and 106. Hopeful this will be resolved but so far customer service has been unresponsive. At this point I would not recommend this company.

Not a person to write reviews as I understand companies have an array of challenges to face. Being a company that relies on another company (such as print runner) makes it worth posting an honest review so similar businesses can be aware. Customer service is worthy of a 0 rating but it isn't possible to select that here. If something goes wrong with your order (twice in a row for my company) YOU will need to invest serious time to get THEIR mistakes corrected. Although after many phone calls and "live chats" I was able to get store credit (after 3 months) for an incorrect order and promised 2 day shipping on a current order thst was already over a week behind. After not recieving the order from 2 day shipping, more hours were invested into their custom service to eventually find out the order had not ever shipped as promised. As I write this review, I was just promised over night delivery. Strictly speaking from a business owners point of view...or someone aspiring to use this company for an aspect of business...DO NOT. You will waste lots time and money. Their is plenty more aggrevating details to this experience but it isn't worth the time to write out. UPDATE: Order arrived after making another follow up call to find out order was not scheduled to ship as promised. Recieved a credit back for the initial mistaken order. Used that credit to place another series of orders (mindful that if it's screwed up...at least it didn't cost extra $). Order was processed on that credit and arrived earlier than expected!...but wait...there's more. But of course, one of the orders was printed in a completely different color than what was finalized on their website. (Orders are all header cards for products with same colors just different product names). To no surprise one order was changed from teal to an awful light green color. With the timeline to ship these prodcuts... I have no choice but to use this mistaken product while they try again. Three..four...ten strikes and your out printrunner. New rating: -0

I ordered 2,000 stickers with a matte finish. They came with a super shiny finish. They were for an event, and I told them over and over that they need to replace them before this event. They said that they needed 30 stickers to evaluate if I was telling the truth. Code for: we will evaluate and tell you that you are stuck with a crappy product. They only promised a fraction of the cost for a refund. They also promised to send a sample of other types of paper to see if those would work better than what we had. No samples ever arrived. They just get you caught up on phone calls and emails until you just get so tired of dealing with them.

A time sensitive mailing campaign was supposed to be printed and mailed by company-When the file uploaded into their preview generator it showed as correct but then 2 days AFTER the mailing was supposed to occur the order changed to file upload problem. I luckily was watching for product completion because I never recieved notification from the company of any issues prior to me contacting them. After speaking with a rep, I resent the files and never heard back from them. A week & a half after initial expected mail date and multiple communications with different departments and they still have yet to move the order into their que stating they have a problem with the file upload on their end. Refund requested and I will not nor advise dong business with this company.

Received posters and postcards that are so dark you cannot see the image. Print runner took no responsibility for darkening the image, offered no refund, and told me they wouldn’t lighten the image to reprint. Don’t use. Use a local printer for Christ’s sake.

Absolutely horrible service and shoddy and inept production. My logo is pink on a white ground with a silver grey border. Very straightforward. The 1st run was printed completely off registration and totally incorrect colors. How it ever left the factory looking as bad as it did is unbelievable. The second run was slightly better registration, still not perfect, and the colors were still incorrect in spite of having been given examples of the correct colors to follow. I asked them to print a pantone silver or grey border but instead they upcharged me for silver foil and then sent me a hideous garish allover metallic sticker that looked nothing like the examples they were given. Pink logo on metallic silver with a brown border. Here is the actual instructions where it says "full color white ink" and to "follow the file settings". They did not. There was no white ink at all. I spent over an hour waiting for someone in customer service to pick up the phone and finally gave up. Horrible experience Terrible customer service Bad quality control If you want to pay more for less quality then PrintRunner is for you

PLEASE RUN AWAY Run as far away possible from this site. Horrible service. Turn around time is 2-3x longer than other sites. Price is higher than other sites. Just do your research and do not make the same mistake as me. You have been warned.
