We've been using Printivity for our printing projects for years, and they continue to impress us every time. We ran into an unexpected billing issue that could have easily delayed our order, but Megan went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. She coordinated with their software team, left detailed notes for the rest of the team, called me back, and made the entire process as smooth as possible.
