Overall fantastic experience, from editing, fixing printing and receiving all round really good. I felt shipping/ overall price was high and that’s the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars - I would love to give 4.8stars though because I don’t think it should knock them down by a full star

Everything was great. Only thing that might have been an anomaly was the tracking numbers that were sent only showed the label to be created but never updated with tracking information. The package arrived on time or maybe a day early.

Ordering process, completion time and delivery were all good. I've received feedback from several people that the booklets they received have ink blots on some of the pages, so I would rate the overall quality lower.
