Vor nun mehr als 8 Monate etwas bestellt was nicht geliefert wurde nach dem ich Paypal das gemeldet habe wurde mir gesagt ich solle die Beschwerde zurück ziehen und sie schicken mir die Bestellung noch mal zu. Leider hab ich das gemacht und jetzt keine Möglichkeit mehr mein Geld zu bekommen. Absoluter Betrug.

Wir haben Socken bestellt mit unserem Logo. 40 Stück. Der Konfigurator ist leider so dermaßen schlecht, dass es unser Logo völlig zusammenklebt. Wir können die Erstellung hier überhaupt nicht empfehlen und sind super enttäuscht! Wir hatten sogar Express-Versand gewählt und haben nicht wenig Geld gezahlt. Das geht so überhaupt nicht!!!

Hatte mich gefreut, dass es einen Gutschein zu Weihnachten gab. Als ich dann allerdings die Versandkosten für 30 Kartenspiele, die in Summe vielleicht 3 KG wiegen sah, dachte ich, ich seh nicht richtig. Klar kommen die Dinger aus China, aber bei einer Summe von 316,50 € noch 63,75 € Versandkosten aufzuschlagen, ist dann doch ne Nummer zu viel für mich. Never ever Printer Studio...

This is a terrible company. After paying for expedited shipping, they waited to produce my pieces, and then sent an email telling me that my order would arrive multiple days after anticipated....without apology or explanation. And there was no way to actually get in touch with them. They waited 4 days before responding! And then when my order arrived, the quality was truly terrible. The prints were so dark that they lenticular flip could barely be seen. And never any apology.

If you're looking for the possibly worst possible customer service, this is it. Oh you have a question or anything you want to discuss with them ? Be patient because you won't have any reply before several WEEKS. I ordered something on the french website, and I got my first reply in Spanish. Like wut? Of course it's impossible to join them by phone, just a ticket system which doesn't even seem to be centralized. Don't ever think about creating two tickets, because they will be handled by different people that don't even communicate with each other. In addition to that, if you want to print a fan mod for a boardgame (such as RAIV cards for Imperial Assault), don't lose your time with them. They will refuse to do it, but not directly, no, they will wait THE DAY of the supposed delivery reception to inform you that they won't work on your order. The only + I can mention, is that my order finally got refunded after two MONTHS of back'n forth with them. Avoid Printerstudio at all cost, seriously, there are better online printing services out there.

VORSICHT!!! Über 30€ Versandkosten hätten uns eigentlich schon stutzig machen sollen. Auf der Seite Adresse aus Limburg deutscher Kundenservice etc. ABER der Sitz der Company ist in Hongkong und da kommt die Ware dann auch (wenn sie kommt) her. Wir hatten Spielkarten bestellt und die Quali war eher mittelmäßig. Und allein schon der Versand rund um den Globus, ist für uns ein No-Go, das wir nie wieder in Anspruch nehmen werden. Was aber noch weit schlimmer ist, ist die Tatsache, dass noch Zollgebühren draufkommen. Das MUSS beachtet werden, da die ganze Kalkulation dann den Bach runter geht.

Vorsicht, Unternehmen sitzt in HongKong und versendet Ware unverzollt. Rechnung ohne Steuerausweis.
