I would give it 0 stars if possible. Ordered a Christmas family item. It could not have further from what the item showed to look like. In the sales pitch it definitely shows it as puffy, raised surface. What I received was a thin vinyl decal to apply to a window. Very cheap looking. I should have read the reviews! Will definitely NEVER order from this company again!

Katastrophe. Ich habe in stundenlanger Kleinstarbeit Spielkarten konfiguriert, und jede einzeln ausgerichtet. Das Ergebnis waren krumme und unterschiedliche Designs, nichts war gleichmäßig. Der angegebene aDruckbereich wurde ignoriert und es wurde darüber hinaus gedruckt. Nach Nachfragen meinerseits wurde nur die Erklärung die auf der Seite schon steht wiederholt. Eine Lösung des Problems wurde nicht angeboten. Habe also die Karten bei einem anderen Hersteller nochmals bestellt. Hier war alles super.

I have ordered from this company for over ten years and held Diamond membership status throughout. I recently ordered two card decks, printed to the same specifications I have used many times before without issue. This time, the cards arrived with Magenta ink splashed across the face of the artwork, ruining them completely. I sent multiple photos clearly showing the fault. Rather than take responsibility, they tried to suggest the damage was caused by me, despite the fact that the Magenta ink causing the splashes is the exact same colour used within the printed images themselves. That is not user error when a brand new pack is first opened. That is a printing fault, plain and simple, and one they refuse to acknowledge. I have asked for a reprint or a refund. Both have been refused. This is how they treat a ten-year customer with their highest membership tier, so I would be cautious about what loyalty actually buys you with this company. Their quality control has clearly slipped, and their customer service is worse. If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect them to stand behind their own printing. I will not be using them again, and I would think carefully before you do either.

Horrible service. My order never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they kept sending me from one department to another, opening multiple cases, and giving me different phone numbers. In the end, no one helped me at all. I lost €30 because of this. Very disappointing.

It was supposed to be real wood and it was a 5.00 cheap plastic and it was broken because the shipping was so cheap

Warning: This is a dishonest website that uses deceptive and manipulative tactics! On the site, there are links and products labeled "Customize your product." You click on them, and it says "Create your OWN DESIGN." You buy the product, and by then it’s too late: no customization available, they send you a blank product. No need to try to cancel the order, it's impossible and it's made to fool you. No need to contact them, then answer after 10 days, when you'll receive your order, claiming that "it was white in the photo," so you should have known! And everywhere during the purchase process it's written "Custom this product"... This is consumer manipulation and dishonest practices - be careful!!

I made customised cards (kind of like playing cards) for an activity in a training program. PROS: 1. The website was more or less intuitive (for my order) 2. Response to issues is rapid (I changed an order after paying) 3. The quality was excellent CONS: 1. I reviewed the site for a company printing in Canada, and then the product came from China. That being said, I only wanted a quick turnaround on the order, and it was good. 2. I created a design on their Canada site and could not migrate it to their USA site. The sites are exactly the same, you change sites by scrolling down and selecting another country. Then your designs disappear and need to be remade from scratch. Their customer support informed me that they could not migrate the design for me. I think a better system would be that you create the designs in your space and place the orders in any country you like. Whey waste time recreating. That said, overall experience was positive and customer service is fast and professional (even if I didn't like their answer)

Jeu de carte reçu en temps et en heure, en France (même si le prix de la livraison et les délais sont un peu élevés) ! Bien imprimé, pas de problème de découpe. La qualité des cartes est fidèle à ce dont je m'attendais. Vraiment cool pour personnaliser un petit jeu de carte.
