Overall, satisfied with the service I received from Primotronix. I bought a lens at a great price, and I look forward to trying it out soon! The only thing was that I wasn't expecting to have to call to confirm my order, so that delayed the delivery of my lens. Not a big deal though. If I ever plan to purchase another lens I will definitely choose Primotronix.

I was a little worried after reading scathing online reviews. After waiting the 72 hours I called and got Charles on the phone after a short hold. He was very friendly. He assured me that my camera was in stock, intended for american purchase, and would be shipped. By the end of the day the order had moved into a ready to ship status. I'll be happy to update this review once I receive the product!

I was confused as to the status of my order...so I called Primotronix. Charles answered the call and politely explained Primotronix was backlogged, but they will do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. That's all I needed to hear from Charles...sometimes a customer just wants to hear they are cared about! Thanks Primotronix & Charles!!!

Called in to check on my tracking number and Charles was more than helpful and even assisted me with an upgrade. Extremely courteous and professional on the phone. The best customer service experience I've ever had with a camera or electronics store. I will definitely be doing business with Primo Tronix in the future and will also be recommending them to friends and family. Charles was my customer service representative. He said that he would rush out my camcorder via UPS because of the delay in processing. Charles was very nice, and went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely buy from Primotronix again.
